How Can I pay with a check or money order?

To pay with a check or money order, please print out your shopping cart and send it along with your payment (money order/check) payable to Beanie Designs LLC. For any returned check, USD 25.00 will be charged.

I just ordered wrong Item, how do I cancel my order?
Please send an inquiry to "cancel order" in contact us form immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way I can stop it. You should Return the item for refund or exchange. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Please check our return policy.

What if I want to send my order as a gift?
Beanie Designs hats are great gift ideas. Your order from beanie designs are delicately wrapped in a clear cellophane bag and then tied with pink ribbon for the girls or blue ribbon for the boys. Just include the recipient's address along with any special message. I will attach a small gift card to the cellophane bag with your name and message.

I received my order but an item is missing or has a defect?
We double check our orders before shipment but sometimes we make a mistake. If we made an error please contact us immediately to report the problem. We will send you the missing item immediately. If an item has a defect please let us know if you want us to ship a new item or issue a refund.

You sent me the wrong hat/size/colour what do I do?
We are so sorry we made an error in processing your order. Please contact us immediately and we will ship you the correct item including a prepaid envelope so you can return the wrong item.

I’ve changed my mind about an item I ordered and would like to exchange it for another colour/size/style?
We are happy to exchange any items within 30 days of receipt. Simply email or call us to let us know which item you would like to change. We ask that your item be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping is your expense. The original cost of the shipping is not refundable. Please refer to our 30 Day Return Policy for further details.
