How much is shipping?: One of Beanie Designs great deals is the shipping! No matter how many hats you order, the shipping price is $2.50 for U.S and $4.00 worldwide.
How long does shipping take?: All sipping are usps 2-9 business days first class mail for U.s and 1-2 weeks international.
Do you take phone orders?: Yes I do, just give me a call at 770-760-8627. Phone Orders can be ordered during these business hours 9AM-5PM PST (Monday through Sunday)
How Can I pay with a check or money order?: Mail Order ( 1414 queenie smith rd, Conyers, Ga 30012 )
To pay with a check or money order, please print out your shopping cart and send it along with your payment (money order/check) payable to Yacine Diop. For any returned check, USD 25.00 will be charged.
I just ordered wrong Item, how do I cancel my order?: Please send an inquiry to "cancel order" in contact us form immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way I can stop it. You should Return the item for refund or exchange. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Please check our return policy.
What if I want to send my order as a gift?: Beanie Designs hats are great gift ideas. Your order from beanie designs are delicately wrapped in a clear cellophane bag and then tied with spink ribbon for the girls or blue ribbon for the boys. Just include the recipient's address along with any special message. I will attach a small gift card to the cellophane bag with your name and message.
