International ShippingInternational Shipping
We offer Standard International Shipping $4 flat rate cost( approx. 1-3 weeks) and Priority International Shipping $13 flat rate cost( approx. 6-10 days) to our International Customers. Both Standard and Priority shipping is provided by USPS and does not provide a tracking service for international orders.
Beanie Designs does not guarantee if a product does not arrive as guaranteed by carrier. Once we have shipped your order the carrier's performance is out of our control.
FAQ
I haven't received my order in the estimated delivery time?
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Why did I receive a tracking number if my order cannot be tracked?
International customers receive a tracking number as confirmation that their order has shipped only. USPS does not provide a tracking service for international orders.
It has been 30 days since my order shipped and I still have not received my package, what do I do next?
First we ask that you contact your local post office to check if you have a package waiting for you. Next, please email us helpcenter@beaniedesigns.com and we will check if your order was returned to us. Depending on the outcome we will take the appropriate steps for you to receive your order.
We understand the frustration when an item is delayed or lost however it is truly out of our hands once we ship your order. We promise that we will do everything we can to rectify the situation and for you to receive your order as soon as possible.
IMPORT FEES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the price and shipping costs charged by Beanie Designs. In some countries these taxes can be substantial so we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for the current tax rate % before placing an order.
Beanie Designs is not responsible for any import taxes levied by your country on international orders. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by authorities. If this occurs you will NOT be entitled to any REFUND from Beanie Designs.
