►SVG – scalable vector graphics can be enlarged with no distortion or pixelation and can be used with many cutting software platforms including Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio DE
►DXF – this format is for use in the basic Silhouette cutting software-the free version-and is scalable to size
►FCM – this format is especially for use in the Brother Scan N Cut Canvas Workspace software
►AI – Adobe Illustrator format for use with Adobe Illustrator and some cutting software platforms
►EPS – works with many higher end cutters as well as Illustrator and other design software
►JPG – printable image with a white background-image will blur when increased to sizes over approximately 6”x 6”
►PNG – a printable image with no background-can be used with a background of your choosing-image will blur when increased to sizes over approximately 6”x 6”
TERMS OF USE:
What can I use this digital design for?
• To create a physical product for personal use or to use as a gift.
• To create a physical product to be sold online (must have a SUBSTANTIAL watermark over any photos used online) or at a local craft show and must be a physical product that YOU have made yourself using vinyl, htv, etc. I do NOT allow for print on demand site use.
• Commercial small business use is defined as less than 500 end products produced.
• To create a digital embroidery file for YOUR USE ONLY, to be used on a physical product.
What am I NOT allowed to use this digital design for?
• You may NOT upload the design to any print on demand (POD) website for business use such as (but not limited to) Amazon Merch, Printful, and Zazzle.
• You may not sub-license the design.
• You may not share or upload the digital design in any way.
• You may not upload the digital design to any public cloud or drive such as (but not limited to) Google Drive or Dropbox. The digital design may be stored there if you are the ONLY person who has access to the file.
• You may not share the digital file, either for sale or free on Facebook or in any group, public, private, closed, or secret or through any method of social media.
• You may not sell the digital design or any portion of the design in any digital format as a new design or as part of any organized collection of designs.
• You may not TRACE the design and then sell it as your own.
• You may not export the design to any other digital format (such as embroidery formats), unless being used ONLY by you to complete an end product, without purchasing a license from me. If you would like to sell the design in an embroidery digital format, my commercial use embroidery license is $30 PER DESIGN and must be purchased in my Etsy shop BEFORE selling the design.
