You can also access your digital purchase on your etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

**Silhouette Cameo:
1. download zip file
2. extract files
3. open studio
4. click file, open
5. find the files you just extracted
6. choose your format (if you don't have design edition, the paid for version, choose the dxf format. The file is already traced and all you have to do is cut)
Note: For Silhouette users, use DXF file if you have the BASIC/FREE version of the Silhouette Studio software.

If you can't see the SVG file on your mat but can see it in the layers panel, click the group of layers and change their position to (x, y) 0,0 at the top of the screen.
